Use
this form to sign up for the next tournament. It allows you to sign up for up to four players. It also permits you to select your tee time preference. Enter your information onto the form then click on "Submit."
If you have to make player changes, submit another form. We will use the information from the last form received.
Tee time preference requests will
be compiled in order received. Most tee time requests will be fulfilled. However, sometimes we will have more requests than openings. The priority will be assigned in order they are received.

The Member/Guest and Club Championship Tournaments require separate payment and applications. You may sign up here, but be sure to get your payment and application in before the deadline.
